After successful sales in the past 9 projects, within record time, and with significant demand from our existing customer base and their friends, we were encouraged to embark on another “adventure” – Hillside Hamlet Homes No. 10 (HHH - X).

Our new pride consists of 35 Exclusive Grand Villas with modern design, which we create for you at a prime location between the Hillside Hamlet Homes 8 and the Hillside Hamlet Homes 9 And close to Hua Hin town.

This beautiful hillside location is only 15 minutes away from the Royal Hua Hin Golf Course (the oldest golf course in Thailand) and 10 minutes to Bluport Shopping mall.


We have, over many years, built several of our trademark Hillside Hamlet Homes in the countryside adjacent to the resort town of Hua-Hin, approximately two-and-a-half hours’ drive from Bangkok. Whilst being a relatively small town, Hua-Hin has its own airport, and regular trains the Government just renovated the train station and upgraded the train body and bus services north to Bangkok and beyond and south to Malaysia.

Hua-Hin has been the favored royal resort for generations and has cinemas, and theatres, alongside numerous local and international supermarkets, shopping malls, and traditional fish and vegetable markets.

It also boasts a wide range of local and international restaurants, as well as a wide selection of sports, music, and wine bars, with several international hotels and venues hosting live music.

Hua-Hin is home to several international schools and colleges. Coupled with its extensive safe sandy beaches and nearby mountains, golf clubs, and favorable climate, there are plenty of year-round opportunities for you and your family to participate in your favorite sports and pastimes or perhaps take up another.

Homebuyers will be charged a monthly fee of 13 Baht/metre² of land for maintenance of common areas boasting the following facilities and services:

Our gym provides facilities for residents within the project, allowing peaceful days of relaxation at home, whilst offering recreational activities to share with family and friends. These welcome little extras include:

  • Fitness Centre.
  • A pool table provided for you, your family and friends’ enjoyment.

TV & Internet

High-speed fibre optical cables for TV are installed for every home and internet is installed in the Living room. (Note: Monthly internet fee will be borne by customer according to their selected internet service provider and package)

24-Hour-a-Day Duty Security Guards

Our gated community includes manned security barrier, CCTV and regular, recorded night hours walk - around surveillances.

Pool Maintenance

Specialised staff clean swimming pools, inspect and check relative systems twice a week. This includes the salt purification and chemicals required to run the pool systems hygienically, properly and safely.

Cleanliness within the Project

Our staff collect domestic garbage from homes 3 times a week, as well as maintaining roads and plants within the project to keep them perfectly and permanently clean and fresh.

  • Garden Maintenance: Gardeners take care of gardens of each home, both inside your Villa and along the road outside 3 times a week.
  • Street Lighting is maintained throughout the Project.
  • Shuttle Bus: A shuttle bus service operates to the Hua Hin city centre and back, three times a day, six days a week.

  • Legal registration of land in the project is by “Chanote” (Title Deed)
  • Project infrastructure is built with reinforced concrete. The main entrance road is 9 metres wide.
  • All public-utility supply systems, such as electricity, tap water and internet lines are installed underground. HHH benefits from the Provincial Waterworks Authority’s support, providing a more economical water supply.

  • 1,000,000 Baht upon booking your plot. After paid the booking deposit you have to complete the floor plan within 1 month.
  • 1st payment: 20% of total land and house price (Deposit payable 15 days after signing contract / project work starts)
  • 2nd payment: 20% of total land and house price upon completion of 2nd stage
  • 3rd payment: 20% of total land and house price upon completion of 3rd stage construction
  • 4th payment: 20% of total land and house price upon completion of 4th stage construction
  • Final payment: The balance of the payment when the home is completed and ready to transfer.

  • Monthly internet fee will depend on your contract with the provider. (Note: Internet service and details are subject to change without prior notice depending on the provider).
  • After completion of the project, the project owner will transfer the management of common utilities inside the project to the village committee or its juristic person(s).
